Kind Words can Brighten a Day!

The beauty of kind words.

It's been a bit busy around our place lately, wrestling, puppies, new baby goats, school, work. All those things add up to being a bit chaotic at times and leave a person feeling frazzled and behind.

A new puppy owner made a very busy day for me end with the most positive, warm feeling. It can never be said enough how much a personal note of kindness can do to brighten a day..

Here's what she wrote:

Hi Ann! Thought I'd drop you a line and let you know how our "golden child" is doing. First, his name is Jake and he already knows it. He has had only 2 little accidents and both were on his way to the back door! You did an amazing job on starting the pups! He has only been in the crate twice when we had to both go somewhere. He sleeps at the foot of bed - has since 1st night - and wakes us up in the middle of the night when he needs to go out by licking our faces. He is soooo smart we can't believe it! He knows outside, no, toy ( which he has tons of) and his name. There is no shortage of love for him in this house. My old Golden puts up with him but my shepherd/ collie actually seems to baby sit him - doesn't let Jake out of his sight. Noah our cocker likes him and plays with Jake until he thinks it's enough. We are so happy to have found you and were able to adopt our Golden from you! We will stay in touch and send pictures as he grows up.
